Unlike a traditional private equity firm, Lometa has an unlimited investment horizon with no predetermined timeframe to exit investments.
The longer we hold onto an investment, the greater our impact as an active owner. This reality informs our view that the best time to exit an investment may be never.
Our strategy does not preclude us from selling a company; however we manage investments as if we will hold them for the long-term.

Lometa’s investors are influential leaders spanning different industries and end markets. Our deep networks and genuine relationships serve as a consistent source of deal flow.
Collectively, Lometa principals and investors have worked with investment banks and business brokers to close +100 transactions. Our success is due to our ability to be fair, quick, and flexible with sellers and intermediaries.
In addition to sourcing deals directly, we rely on independent sponsors to originate investment opportunities.
